Now in its 6th year, Kegels + Cocktails Brant, hosted by Fitness Reset and Essential Physiotherapy & Wellness, continues the tradition we began in 2022—creating a warm, fun, and empowering space for women to learn, laugh, and connect.
Our Brantford event is part of the nationwide Kegels & Cocktails series founded in 2009 by Kim Vopni (The Vagina Coach), whose mission is to normalize conversations around pelvic health and support women through every stage of life.
