Melissa graduated from the University of Guelph-Humber with her degree in Kinesiology and a diploma in Fitness & Health Promotion. After graduation, Melissa attended Atlantic College of Therapeutic Massage in Fredericton, New Brunswick. At ACTM she took extra courses focusing on perinatal care where she learned and practiced Prenatal Massage, High-Risk Pregnancy Massage as well as Children and Infant Massage. In addition, she took extra courses in Sports Massage where she learned and practiced extensive myofascial release techniques.
Melissa has experience in treating individuals with pathological conditions such as Parkinson's, multiple sclerosis, cardiovascular problems, as well as neurological accidents. She likes to incorporate a wide range of techniques and skills that she has learned into each of her treatments to ensure that the treatment is individualized for each client.
Kayla graduated from Westervelt College in 2022 with a presidential honours diploma in Massage Therapy. After graduation, Kayla participated in additional education for prenatal & postpartum massage. Kayla has focused her treatment methods to incorporate therapeutic techniques with SNS relaxation therapy for an effective & relaxing treatment individualized to each clients needs.
Kayla has experience in treating conditions such as Anxiety, Depression, Sleep Disturbances and other conditions such as high-risk pregnancy, fibromyalgia & post-operative edema.
