Jen Westbrook graduated from Niagara College with a diploma in educational resources and special needs. Jen has the talent and knowledge of speaking in three dialects of sign language and can also read braille. This knowledge has been a vital part of Jen’s work within the deaf/blind community for over fifteen years and is a proud component of Essential Physiotherapy and Wellness's barrier free efforts.
Jen recognizes a lot of faces, either from growing up in the community of Glen Morris or from her work as a receptionist in the YMCA. Jen’s kindness and generosity is seen in her work for the school snack program and when she offers hungry co-workers her snacks. When Jen isn’t at work she is enjoying her family life with her two wonderful kids, husband and 1974 VW camper bus.
Kelly works full time at our front desk. She plays a big role in scheduling appointments and keeping everyone up to date. Kelly has a long background in customer service and strives to ensure an accommodating and welcoming atmosphere here at Essential Physiotherapy & Wellness.
Kelly is a volunteer in the community along with her husband and children for a local children's soccer league. She is also a volunteer within her youngest child's school.
Dana graduated with honours from the Health, Wellness and Fitness program at Mohawk College, while also obtaining a certification in pre and post-natal fitness. With years of customer service experience and first-hand knowledge of the benefits of pelvic health, joining the team at Essential Physiotherapy is a natural fit for Dana.
Raised in Brantford, Dana continues to live in the city she calls home with her husband, two young boys, and her dog, Loki.
